Kieran Hill had fun in the mud yesterday at the Cirencester Off Road Duathlon over the 2 miles run, 10 mile bike 2 mile run course…and just look at the state of him! Kieran was second fastest in both runs and finished 10th overall and 7th in his age group (a large one – 17-39…might of well have been 17-100). Great going Keiran 🙂

Back up ‘norf and we head to the Leeds Abbey Dash or Abbey Splash as it was better know yesterday morning.  The weather was just terrible.  The rain was bouncing, the wind was howling…it was not pb weather nor conditions.  But our man Rich Knell-Moore put in a sterling performance finishing the 10k in 39:15.  Over 9,000 runners took to the streets to race yesterday.  Hats off to you 🙂

Quick hop back over to Australia where Mika has brought in a new discipline of stair climbing up skyscrapers. The Eureka stair claim took in 1642 steps over 88 floors at the Eureka Tower in Melbourne. Sounds bonkers and brilliant all in one go!
