Profile:
Got into triathlon due to team mate Eddie Howarth chatting my wife up and arranging a training session with me. Never been in as much pain- well that was until Colin Hill and his massive quads started cycling with us. Started with Olympic Distance then adventured up to Middle Distance, which included various races including IM UK 70.3 twice. Then gave in to peer pressure and took part in my first full distance in July 2014.
Previously taken a season off from tri where I comfortably gained 3rd cat cycling license but got caught up in three crashes at the end of the season so turned back to tri and also sometimes enter the odd Adventure Race during the Winter.
