Profile: Played badminton to county and national level until the knees gave up – had a friend with a penchant for elastic laces so bought myself a bike and took up the strange sport that is triathlon 10 years ago. First qualified for the GB age group team for the 2009 World Champs on the Gold Coast and have been qualifying and competing for GB ever since. Took up duathlon a few years ago and am now the complete year-round racing junkie.
When not training, racing (or watching the mighty Wolves) I’m a board member of a few biotech and medical technology companies around Europe – it’s much better than working for a living!
